Highland Bank recently became aware of an IT outage that affected certain systems. Importantly, core banking systems continue to operate normally, and we continue to serve our customers and safely process transactions. Our investigation into this incident remains ongoing.

 

We understand how important your banking needs are. Services remain in place to support you:

  • All locations are open for business in the lobby and drive through lanes during normal business hours
  • Teller services are fully operational
  • ATMs are fully operational
  • Mobile Banking and Online Banking are functioning
  • Cash Management services are available
  • Branch phones and Customer service lines are answered by Highland Bank employees during business hours 
  • Highland bank’s website is fully restored as a customer resource
