VP, Mortgage loan officer
Helping customers succeed for the long road ahead is what has kept Ted motivated in his more than 25 years in banking. Ted didn’t always see himself in banking. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in political science and playing football in Europe, he landed back in the States and fell right into banking.
Co-workers describe Ted as driven to get the job done, customer focused and a strong communicator. A colleague shared, “Ted goes above and beyond, completing closings in person, even at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon.” As Vice President of Mortgage Lending, Ted is responsible for assisting clients through sometimes stressful situations such as initial mortgage falling through, debt consolidation, and construction loans. He finds each day to be a new chance to make a difference in his customer’s lives.
What sets Ted apart from many other bankers is his well-established referral network, growing each year, that not only helps himself succeed, but also the clients and the bank, which is what matters most to Ted.
Family-oriented, outside of work Ted spends his time with his wife and three grown children, fishing, golfing biking and playing pickle ball. He is also as involved in his local community, as possible, having served on numerous boards and committees over the years.
