In the banking industry since 1992, Kim is an award-winning SBA Director who specializes in working with clients who are in the process of obtaining government-guaranteed loans. She has helped fund strategic acquisitions including leveraged buyouts, as well as working capital lines of credit, new equipment, and commercial real estate loans. Because government-guaranteed lending is Kim’s area of expertise, she knows exactly which programs and loan structures will best suit a client’s unique needs. She values efficiency, saying, “As a Small Business Administration Preferred Lender, Highland Bank has the authority to get loans approved quickly and delivered to the borrower.” Kim likes to spend her free time at her family cabin up north or boating on Lake Minnetonka with family & friends.
